trust your brain

I used to over-prepare for exams and tests. I would write copious notes and complete an insane number of practise questions and past exams. It all changed when I started studying two majors at university. I became more efficient at studying. It was a leap of faith to start with. But, then I realised that the brain doesn't lose any information. I had all of the data was stored. So for my third year pharmacology exam (worth 60% with only 6 questions) I studied the night before a little more in the morning, and I took the exam. I was able to recall 351 pages of the lecture notes in their entirety. Trust in your brain, and it may surprise you with the details!
